Four ways in, one lobby.

Windows
The full-fat client and the one to use for multi-tabling. Needs Windows 7 SP1 or newer — which in practice means any PC from the last decade. Supports HUD overlays (own hands only) and up to the table cap comfortably on modest hardware.
macOS
Native Mac client from macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) up. Feature-matched with Windows for tables and formats; tracker support depends on your tracker's Mac build rather than BetOnline.
Android
A real app for Android 7.0+ — but sideloaded from the site, not Google Play (store policy, not shadiness; every offshore room does this). One-to-two tables is the practical mobile ceiling.
iOS & everything else
No App Store build — iPhone and iPad play through the mobile browser at the site, as does Linux and any other device with a modern browser. It's lighter than the apps but fully functional for casual sessions.

Client won't connect / lobby empty
Nine times out of ten it's a firewall, VPN or network-level ad-blocker interfering. Whitelist the client, drop the VPN (playing through one can breach terms and jam geolocation checks), and restart it.
Android install blocked
Sideloading needs one-time permission: Settings → Apps → your browser → "Install unknown apps". Enable, install the APK, then toggle it back off if you like your phone tidy.
⚠ BEFORE YOU INSTALL ANYTHING
- Confirm you're not in a restricted country — the software installs fine in places where the cashier will later refuse you.
- The client is offshore software: run it on a machine you keep patched, same as you would any gambling app.
- iOS users: bookmark the browser lobby to your home screen — it behaves app-like and there's no App Store version coming.
