Can I sign up before installing the poker client?
Yes. Use the Create account link on this page to open BetOnline’s registration route, then use that account for poker access. Registration happens on the operator’s website. If you already have an account, sign in rather than creating another.
Is there a BetOnline Poker app for iPhone?
The official mobile help guide describes browser access for iPhone and iPad. We have not verified a native App Store listing, so the Apple-device instructions here use the official browser route.
Can I use BetOnline Poker on Android?
The operator documents Android installation and browser access. Its published Android minimums differ between help articles, so confirm current support for your device. Use the official route rather than an APK mirror.
Does the Mac download work on Apple Silicon?
A Mac download is documented, but we have not tested Apple Silicon or Intel compatibility with the current package. Ask support about your Mac model and macOS version before relying on it.
Can I explore the software before depositing?
The operator’s cashier guidance describes play-money access for trying the software. After signing in, confirm the Play Money mode and available practice games. Virtual chips do not have cash value.
Is my poker nickname the same as my login?
No. BetOnline’s login guide distinguishes the account number used to sign in from the public poker nickname. Keep your account credentials private and follow the nickname rules shown when first opening poker.
Why is my poker balance different from my main balance?
The main account wallet and poker wallet are separate. Check the cashier’s transfer options and transaction history. Do not make another deposit merely because one wallet shows a different balance.
Does creating an account automatically unlock the bonus?
No. Eligibility, activation and release conditions depend on the assigned offer. Read and save those terms before a qualifying deposit. A locked bonus is different from spendable cash.
What should I do if the installer is blocked?
Stop and verify the current official file and publisher with support. Do not disable antivirus, bypass security warnings or install a third-party copy as a shortcut. The documented browser route may be another option, subject to compatibility.
