It holds no gambling licence from any recognised regulator — not the UKGC, not the MGA, not a US state, not even a Curaçao-tier permit it advertises. Panama registration is corporate paperwork, not player protection.
What it does have is track record: taking bets since 2004 and, across two decades that killed Full Tilt, Absolute and a graveyard of lesser offshore rooms, no documented mass failure to pay players. In the offshore world, that history is the collateral — the business is worth more alive and paying than dead and pocketing balances.
