Operator identity, local authorisation and confidence in a payout are separate questions. Here is what the current evidence can establish.
BetOnline publishes an operator identity and a Panama licensing claim. We have not independently verified that claim against a current register. Regulatory notices document unlicensed activity in particular markets, including Michigan. Website access or account acceptance does not establish local authorisation.

The operator’s terms name Blue High House S.A., Panama registration 620693, and claim licensing and regulation by Panama’s Ministry of Economy and Finance Gaming Control Board. This is an attributed statement from the operator, not our independent certification.
Three checks should remain separate: who operates the service, what authority it claims, and whether it is authorised where you are. A registration number answers only part of that picture.

The MGCB names BetOnline.ag (Chico Poker Network) among 45 entities receiving cease-and-desist orders during the preceding four months. The announcement date is not the precise issue date of an individual order.

“Not established here” does not mean a feature cannot exist. It means we do not have sufficient evidence to present it as a fact. A written rule, an attractive website and an anecdotal successful payout answer different questions.

Keep the relevant terms, dates, transaction references and the operator’s written replies. Use authenticated support and check any rejection explanation. Do not post identity documents or account credentials publicly. If you need a regulator’s protection or an independent dispute route, establish that route before committing funds.
