THE EVIDENCE DESK
Follow the claim to its source.
Operator documents, regulatory notices, editorial models and firsthand observations each answer different questions.
Sources you can inspect
Published rules, help articles and regulator notices support specific statements. The review date records a check of the linked information.
Assumptions you can change
Traffic patterns and calculator outcomes are labelled illustrations. They are not a verified live feed or a prediction of results.
Records with a method
A firsthand result needs an actual reviewer, date and inspectable evidence. The published records appear below; an empty record list is not a successful test.
| Question | Source and type | Checked | What it establishes / limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operator identity and access | Operator terms ↗ Operator statement | Names Blue High House S.A. and lists restrictions. It does not independently establish local authorisation. | |
| Michigan regulatory record | MGCB · 28 April 2025 ↗ Regulator notice | Documents the regulator’s action in Michigan; not a worldwide eligibility list. | |
| Michigan regulatory update | MGCB · 7 April 2026 ↗ Regulator notice | Names BetOnline among entities receiving orders during the preceding four months. Announcement date is not the individual order date. | |
| Dutch regulatory record | Ksa · 22 November 2024 ↗ Regulator notice | Records the €1.125m fine against Blue High House for an unlicensed offering in the Netherlands. | |
| Rake and poker rules | Poker rules ↗ Operator documentation | The schedule varies by format, stake and player count. Written security rules do not establish detection performance. | |
| Rakeback eligibility | Poker rakeback ↗ Operator documentation | Tier, qualifying rake, minimum and rounding determine a reward; it is not a profit estimate. | |
| Bonus explanation | Your poker bonus ↗ Operator documentation | Public bonus descriptions differ. Your assigned account terms are needed for a useful calculation. | |
| Welcome-offer description | Poker welcome page ↗ Operator promotion | Describes points-based release. Its existence does not establish your account offer. | |
| Withdrawal conditions | Withdrawal rules ↗ Operator documentation | Documents wagering, verification and payment holds. These are conditions, not a measured payout experience. | |
| Withdrawal charges | Withdrawal limits and fees ↗ Operator documentation | Published estimates and fees depend on method. Network, conversion and verification effects can be separate. | |
| Withdrawal checks | Withdrawal requirements ↗ Operator documentation | Check requested amount plus fees, account identity and any reason supplied for a rejected request. | |
| Deposit conditions | Deposit rules ↗ Operator documentation | Payment names, method conditions and conversion costs deserve checking before confirmation. | |
| Desktop setup | Download instructions ↗ Operator documentation | Documents the access route. Does not prove compatibility or performance on an untested computer. | |
| Mobile setup | Mobile instructions ↗ Operator documentation | Documents mobile access. Device-specific observations must identify the actual device and build. |
Published firsthand observations
No firsthand test report has been published by this site. The current review is source-based. We have not established a measured payout time, support-resolution rate or client-performance score.
What a useful hands-on test must show
- Scope and eligibility: the service, device or lobby actually accessible to an eligible reviewer.
- Date and method: device/build, time, steps and the definition of any measurement.
- Evidence: redacted screenshots, saved terms or other inspectable records.
- Findings: what happened, including problems and unsuccessful steps.
- Limitations: what one account, location or observation cannot establish.
A withdrawal report should separate request, approval, dispatch and receipt, identifying holds and fees. A traffic study should record fixed times, stakes, formats, active tables and occupied seats, including empty observations. Neither justifies a guarantee about someone else’s experience.
