BANKING EXPLAINED

Poker wallet vs main balance.

What you can use at the tables, what you can transfer, and what still needs checking before a withdrawal.

The number on screen is not always cash.

Your main account, poker wallet and promotional balances serve different purposes. Check the balance label before assuming money is ready to withdraw.

Balance labelWhat it representsWhat to check
Main / Sportsbook walletThe main balance where deposits normally arrive.Transfer to poker when you want to fund the poker wallet.
AvailableCash in your poker wallet. It can transfer to the main balance; withdrawal approval is a separate step.
In PlayFunds committed to active games, potentially including bonuses.Finish or leave the game appropriately and check the refreshed cashier.
Tournament Money (TM)A balance for tournament entries.Read its restrictions; do not count it as withdrawable cash.
Game Bonus (GB)Promotional funds usable at cash tables. The assigned promotion determines how it can be used.
Bonus Money (BM)A balance for casino games inside the poker client. It cannot be transferred out of poker as ordinary cash.
Play MoneyPractice currency. It cannot be exchanged for real money.

Similar names do not mean identical rules. In particular, a poker welcome bonus is not automatically the same thing as a displayed BM balance.

A transfer stays inside your account.

The mobile cashier guide describes moving funds between the main and poker wallets. In the poker client, open the cashier, choose the transfer direction and enter the amount. Menu labels may differ across versions.

For cashing out, move available poker funds back to the main balance, then use the account withdrawal process. An internal transfer does not send money to your bank or external wallet.

One balance example. Three different amounts.

$80 cash + $20 Game Bonus + $15 Tournament Money

Those displayed figures add to $115, but they do not establish a $115 withdrawal balance. The $80 is the cash component; the $35 is promotional value with separate uses and conditions.

Even the $80 is subject to the account’s withdrawal requirements. This example assumes no other funds are in play and says nothing about fees, holds or an actual account’s eligibility.

The wallet guide says a table buy-in may combine cash and bonus funds, using bonus funds first. Check the cashier breakdown after playing instead of relying on a combined table display.

Before requesting a withdrawal.

  1. Read your active offer. The published welcome promotion says withdrawing cancels unearned bonus stages. Decide using your assigned terms; do not gamble more just to preserve a bonus.
  2. Check deposit conditions. The current withdrawal rules require deposited funds to be played through once. Confirm with support how that applies to your poker activity before depositing.
  3. Allow for verification and holds. Identity or address documents may be requested. The rules describe possible card-deposit holds and an e-check waiting period.
  4. Check the full cost. Your balance must cover the requested amount and any fee. Use the available methods and limits shown in your account.
  5. Read the transaction status. The withdrawal help says rejection details appear in transaction comments. Ask support about an unclear reason rather than guessing.

A processing estimate starts at a different point from a deposit, transfer or verification request. It is not a guarantee of when funds reach you.

For payment-method details, read Deposits, Withdrawals & Rake. For offer conditions, see the bonus guide.
